Why Do I Have To Pay for My Design Package?
A lot of work goes into the creation and presentation of your design package, and the small cost we charge covers the hours of work provided by your designer.

Do I Get My Money Back If I Purchase a New Room from Linear Direct?
Yes, this cost will be deducted from the price of your new room.

If I Were to Purchase More than One Room from Palmers Direct, Would I Get a Discount?
We offer a discount on all multi-room contracts.

How Long Does It Take for My New Room to be Delivered?
It currently takes 2 to 3 weeks for delivery, except for paint-to-order kitchens, which will take up to 6 weeks.

Can You Install My New Room?
Linear Direct is a design-and-supply-only business.

What Happens If I Receive a Damaged Item?
If you receive a damaged item, you must call us straight away and, where possible, send us an image of the item to enquiries@lineardirect.co.uk.

Can I Return My New Room If I Change My Mind Once It Is Received?
No – Linear Direct is not an internet shop and you have a signed contract with us.

What Happens If I Receive My New Room and It Doesn’t Fit?
Unfortunately, Palmers can’t be held responsible if It doesn’t fit. All designs are done based on the customer’s measurements. We would advise double-checking these before ordering especially with kitchens.

I Need to Find an Installer, How Do I Know They Are Reputable?
Always ask to see pictures of our previous work or even ask if there is a customer whose house you could visit to see their work. We pride ourselves on getting business from recommendations and referrals by previous customers.

How Much Should I Be Paying for an Installation?
Once we have designed your room, we can advise you on what we would charge for that room, so this gives you an idea of the installation cost.

How Do I Pay For My Goods Once My Contract Is Signed?
You pay a 25% deposit at the time of signing your contract, the remaining 75% on delivery. Payments can be made by debit or credit card or bank transfer. You will need to pay the outstanding sum before delivery is made.

Who Will Deliver My Goods?
All goods will be delivered to our warehouse in Nottingham. We will organise your delivery at a date and time that suits you once goods are received.
